Abstract:

Despite the high relative speed between a geosynchronous satellite and passing background stars, we have made high precision positional measurements against faint stars in 20 ms exposures over a small field. In addition, we have obtained I and J magnitudes of these objects with differential photometry even through clouds. Examples will be shown.
